An abalone diver died this afternoon at a beach in Sea Ranch on the Sonoma County coast, a Sea Ranch Fire Department engineer said.
The male diver's diving partner called for help around 3:07 p.m. in the area of Galleons Reach, a road off State Highway 1, according to fire engineer Danell Eshnaur.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. |
